How long does the full setup actually take?
Most agencies complete every step — including contacts, pipeline, workflows, and team invites — in under 4 hours. The 15-minute onboarding call is all that's scheduled in advance. Everything else you do at your own pace in the platform.
What if my contacts are in a messy spreadsheet?
That's fine. Our import wizard automatically detects and maps column headers, so "Student Name", "Full Name", and "Name" all get recognised correctly. You'll preview the mapping before anything imports, and the verification step catches anything that needs attention.
Do we need IT support to get set up?
No. ravingCRM is entirely browser-based and uses your existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for login. There's nothing to install, no DNS changes required, and no server configuration. Your admin can complete the entire setup without a technical background.
What happens to our data if we don't complete setup in one go?
Everything saves automatically as you go. You can stop at any step and pick up exactly where you left off. Uploaded contacts and pipeline data are stored as drafts until you confirm them — so there's no risk of partial imports going live accidentally.
Can we change our workflow templates after going live?
Yes, at any time. The starter template is just a starting point. You can edit, clone, or create entirely new workflow templates from your settings — changes take effect immediately for new leads and can be applied retroactively to existing ones.
Is the 15-minute call mandatory?
It's not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it. Agencies that do the onboarding call set up significantly faster and get more value from the platform from day one. It's 15 minutes that typically saves hours of trial-and-error.
